1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Briveo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Briveo is a personal productivity tool that generates AI-powered summaries of YouTube videos for your private use. Summaries are generated from publicly available transcripts using a large language model.

3. Permitted use

  • Briveo is for personal, non-commercial use.
  • You may use summaries for personal notes, research, and study.
  • You must not use Briveo to build a competing transcript archive, redistribute summaries at scale, or resell access to summaries generated by Briveo.

4. YouTube content and copyright

YouTube video transcripts are the intellectual property of their respective creators and/or YouTube. Briveo uses transcripts solely to generate a personalised summary for the requesting user. We do not store or display raw transcripts publicly. By using Briveo you agree not to use summaries in any way that infringes the rights of content creators or violates YouTube's Terms of Service.

5. Account responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must not share your account with others.
  • You must not use Briveo for any unlawful purpose.

6. Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis via Stripe.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are at our discretion. Contact us at HL_2945@hotmail.com for refund requests.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Summarisation may fail for videos without transcripts, private videos, or due to third-party API limitations. No refund is owed for individual failed summarisations.

8. Limitation of liability

Briveo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Briveo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
